With countless wraps, drops, twists, and turns, aerial silks offer an ever-evolving challenge and an opportunity to defy gravity with grace.
In aerial silks, you can "fly" through the air, striking breathtaking poses and figures mid-flight. This discipline provides an exceptional full-body workout, engaging nearly every muscle group. Your arms—wrists, forearms, biceps, triceps, and shoulders—will build strength, while your legs, including quads, adductors, calves, and ankles, will also be pushed to their limits.
