Hen Party London FAQs

Your hen party activity or dance instructor will meet and greet you at the venue of your choice. Once in the studio space, your instructor will begin with a short themed warm-up to break the ice and help you get into the groove, followed by the main portion of the hen party activity of your choice.
You’ll learn a fun, confidence-building routine as a dancing diva, embrace your sensual side, or relax and renew with a holistic practice. There will be several opportunities for group and individual photos and videos, and you'll wrap up the experience with a warm-down, followed by a certificate of completion.

1 hour experience for between 5 and 9 guests is £149 + venue hire
1.5 hour experience for between 5 and 9 guests is £169 + venue hire
1 hour experience for between 10 and 15 guests* is £17 per person + venue hire
1.5 hour experience for between 10 and 15 guests* is £21 per person + venue hire

*bride-to-be or organiser goes free with 14 guests or more

Once we have your details, we’ll send you a confirmation and a link to pay your deposit

A few days before your event, we’ll request the final amount to be paid. That’s it – we’ll see you there!

At Hen party London Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. You can secure your date, time and venue with a £50 deposit, which is non-refundable. Our experiences are in high demand, so the sooner you book, the more likely it is that your preferred time and date will be available, although we promise to do our best to accommodate any last-minute bookings and dance parties!  

Yoga party and wellbeing experiences: comfortable clothing you can move in easily; e.g. shorts or leggings and a t-shirt or vest top, and no shoes are required.

Aerial experiences: comfortable clothing you can move in easily; e.g. shorts or leggings and a t-shirt, and no shoes are required. T-shirt should have sleeves that cover your underarms and not be too baggy. 

NOTE: please remove all jewellery, including earrings, watches, necklaces, and avoid wearing clothes with zips as all of this can damage the material of the hammocks. Thank you for your consideration. 

Pole experiences: comfortable clothing you can move in easily; e.g. shorts or leggings and a t-shirt or vest top, and no shoes are required.

Twerk and burlesque experiences: we encourage you to dress up for your experience - the sky’s the limit, but keep in mind that your outfit must allow you to move freely!

All our venues have a strict no-alcohol policy for safety reasons. Your instructor on the day has the right to stop the experience at any time if necessary.

Around 10-15 mins before your booking time is best. This way you and your group will have time to get changed, fill water bottles, etc. Please don’t arrive more than 15 mins before your booking, as most venues cannot accommodate large groups in a waiting area.

You can add guests to your experience booking at any point before the event begins by contacting your event organiser to make the additional payment. Please note that our teachers cannot take cash or card payments on the day of the experience. 

Spectators are welcome at hen and dance party London and can watch FREE of charge. Please let us know in advance as we will request chairs to be made available in the space.

Yes, at hen party London, all our instructors have Public Liability Insurance and we are happy to supply any certificates you may wish to see.
