Meet Alexe — Founder, Hen Do Planner & Creative Director
Dance and yoga have always been my languages of freedom and expression.
In 2000, I discovered pole dance and became one of the first UK instructors to teach it in mainstream gyms like David Lloyd, LA Fitness, and Virgin. In 2005, I co-founded London Dance Academy Studios, later creating Hen Party London, and in 2022, I launched Moveology — my own moon-phased self-care and astrology-based movement method under the Universal Movement platform.
Throughout my journey, I’ve collaborated with world-leading brands including Nike, Adidas, Stella McCartney, and Samsung, teaching movement, confidence, and body positivity.
What began as teaching pole dance evolved into something bigger — empowering women to feel confident, sensual, and connected through dance, friendship, and laughter.
Being a hen do planner and event creator still fills me with joy. Each event is a chance to help women celebrate their stories, their friendships, and their brilliance.
