Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they contain important informations. By viewing this page you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Bookings and payments

Payments can be made either online or by phone to Hen Party London LTD. 
A £50 non-refundable deposit will secure your venue date and time. All bookings will only be confirmed once a full deposit has been paid. 
The full outstanding balance must be paid a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the party via our office on... or through our websites pay-online page. Please arrange this in one payment by the group organised. Please quote your name and booking reference when making payment. 
We use World Pay for safe and secure online payments. 
Should the full outstanding balance not be received a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the party, Hen Party London will have the right to cancel the booking and the client will be notified by email.
Any last minute bookings made within 2 weeks of the party date must pay must be paid in full and are Non Refundable.
Additional persons can join the party at the price quoted per person. Please make the relevant payment via our websites pay-online page prior to the party and notify us via email of the additional persons. Please note we do not accept cash on the day of your event.

Numbers & Locations

The minimum number of attendance is 6. We have no Maxine but please contact us directly if your group is over the size of 14 persons. 
If you wish one of our instructors to travel to your Location we do ask for their travel cost to be reimburse. Prearrange travel tickets will be arranged  2 weeks prior to your event.
Please confirmed numbers attending 14 days prior to the date of the party. These details will be added to your booking confirmation email. 

Age limit

All participants must be over 18 years or be accompanied by a responsible adult if over 16 years old.

Health 

Some activities may not be suitable for pregnant women or those recovering from surgery – please consult your GP before taking part in any exercise activity while pregnant 

Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us directly if you need to make changes to your booking we will do our best to accommodate your needs please arrange 14 days prior to your booking or cancellation fees may apply. 
We reserve the right to make alterations to classes booked with us. This is very rare, but sometimes necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. This applies to start dates, times, venue locations previously stated for private party bookings. If a change has to occur, we will offer an appropriate alternative. If however none of the alternatives are convenient, you can have a full refund.   
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations with more than 14 days notice will incur no further charges
Cancellations less than 14 days and more than 7 will be charged at 50% of the total fee.
Cancellations with less than 7 days notice will be charged at 100% of the total fee.
Theses Cancellation fees above also apply to each individual persons attending the event.

Health, Safety & Liability

Before taking part in any physical activity with Hen Party London all participants are required to sign a disclaimer. Participants participate at their own risk and Hen Party London can not be responsible for claims for injury, damage, loss or death. Hen Party London are fully insured & our trainers are first aid qualified, however any failure to follow the instructions of your trainer that result in personal injury will automatically mean students are exempt from any type of insurance covered by Hen Party London. Participants should ensure they have adequate insurance to cover any activity they undertake.
If you have any reservations regarding your health or know that you are pregnant, please inform Hen Party London and we will be happy to discuss the alternatives with you.
Hen Party London takes as much care as possible to ensure a safe experience and environment for all participants. This includes ensuring all equipment and the venue space are safe for practice and having the appropriate public liability insurance.

Other terms and conditions

Time Keeping – It is the group’s responsibility to arrive for their class on time as the finishing time cannot be extended. Due to all the studios we use are hired on an hourly basis and will usually have a class starting straight afterwards.

Accessories – Same accessory can be arranged pre-booking. Any Accessory available will be confirmed upon booking.These are free to use but are only available for some presific dance styles. These accessories are to be used with Hen Party London only and must be returned to the Dance Party teacher at the end of the lesson.

Alcohol - Please note that no alcohol may be consumed on the premises of any of our spa, gymnasium or dance venues. If you would like to have some drinks after your party we have several packages available at licensed venues please let us know on time of booking, This is for the health and safe for all involved. Any of our teachers have the right to refuse to teach or cancel the party if any member of the group is inebriated or is aggressive in anyway.

Social Media & Music

Hen Party London occasionally uses images and footage of our dance parties for marketing purposes this will appear on your disclaimer form. We will ask your permission at the end of the party as well as ask the group to post and review their experience with us on our social media networks. 
We do not own the rights to any of the music and the playlists used are made for private entertainment purposes only.

The materials on this Web Site (the ‘Site’) are provided as a service to its customers and may be used for informational purposes only.
